He was predeceased by: his father Green Campbell; and his brothers, Edward Campbell and Johnny Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Anita Ruth Campbell (Gay) of Austin, Indiana; his son Nathan Campbell of Blocher, Indiana; his stepdaughters, Kara Dale of Columbus and Tonda Edwards of Clearspring, Indiana; and his siblings, Finley Campbell of Austin, Indiana, Helen Peacock (Clinton) of Austin and Donna McIntosh (Carl) of Crothersville, Indiana. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
