She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Elwood Lee and Thelma Faye Gates Lee; her siblings, Connie Jean Lamb, Linda Lou Deaton and Ronald "Mouse" Lee; her nephews, Tracy Lee and Derek Allen Lamb; her niece Angie Lee; and her brother-in-law Byron Nay Parker.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald McIntosh; her children, Tammy Williams (James), Rhonda Smith (John), Bud McIntosh (Amy) and Rodney McIntosh (Adrin); her grandchildren, Trevor McIntosh, Konner McIntosh, Dylan Smith, Ashley Rice and Adin Shelton; her siblings, Dorothy Parker, Carolyn Spellman (Robert), Donald Lee and Alfred "Junior" Lee (Evelyn); and her brother-in-law Louis Lamb.
