He is survived by: his wife Vivian Pate; and his children, Sam Pate (Clarice), Danny Pate (Sherry), Bradley Mulley, Kevin Mulley, Brent Mulley and Janis Waite. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
