She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Ray Hollan and Delpha Cozart (Morris); and her sister Lois Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, Levi Hurt and Joshua Caudill; and her siblings, Bonnie Jones (Paul), Kenny Hollan (Brenda) and Johnny Hollan (Dianne).
