He was predeceased by: his parents, George S. Stephens and Margaret A. Stephens (Miller). He is survived by: his brothers, Jay Stephens (Dana) of Austin, Indiana and Douglas A. Stephens (Rhonda) of Austin, Indiana; his nieces and nephews, Daniel Stephens (Barbara), Andrea Gibson (Adam), Bryson Stephens (Rachel) and Lindsay Branstetter (Ted); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Macy, Mya and Clayton Gibson.
