With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward Kilburn (Austin, Indiana), who passed away on May 13, 2020 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Kilburn and Helen Kilburn (Gabbard); his wife Shirley Ann Kilburn (Elam); his grandson Joseph M. Kilburn; and his brothers, Bruce and J. C. Kilburn.
He is survived by: his sons, James Rick Kilburn (Debbie) and Gary G. Kilburn (Sherri); his grandchildren, Brandy Kilburn-Gross (Clayton) and Patrick Kilburn (Joanna); and his great grandchildren, Johnny Bush, Kaylee Bush, Ari Kilburn, Josephine T. Kilburn and Amelia S. Kilburn.
A live stream of the funeral service will be available on the Buchanan Funeral Home Facebook page on Friday at 1:00 p. m. Due to the need for social distancing related to COVID-19, Public Visitation, with 25 people allowed in the building at a time, will be from 5 to 7 pm Thursday at Buchanan Funeral Home in Austin, Indiana.
