He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Mullins and Sylvania Mullins (Guinn). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Mullins (Elkins); his daughters, Michelle Ratcliff of Sellersburg, Indiana and Tiffany Barnes (Chris) of Jacksonville, Florida; his grandson Joseph Ratcliff; and his brothers, Harrison, Virgil, David, Ollie and Elias Mullins. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and a large extended family.
