With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harley Blanton of Austin, Indiana, who passed away on April 14, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Blanton; his wife Sarah Blanton (Deaton); and his siblings, McKinley, Alonzo Brock, Charles John Blanton and Mildred Saylor (Brock).
He is survived by: his sons, John Blanton (Willa) of Austin, Indiana, Jim Blanton (Diana) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Jerry Blanton (Susan) of Woodstock, Georgia; his grandchildren, Jennifer Blanton, Chris Garten (Beth), Brian Blanton (Michaela), Jordan Blanton (Alissa), Jarrod, Kylie Blanton and Laura Barrett Montano; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Hayden, Hudson and Greyson.
Memorial Contributions may be given to the Refuge c/o Collins Funeral Home in Scottsburg, Indiana.
