She is survived by: her husband Paul Rice; her sons, Felix Estep, Jr. of Austin, Indiana and Bobby Estep of Madison, Indiana; and her sister Arkie Jones (Richard) of Austin. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
