Greene (Jonathan) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Madison Luttrell, Kacey Luttrell, Ashton Haskins, Liam Haskins, Tyler Greene, Austin Greene, Aariyanna Luttrell, Zavier Luttrell and Lylah Luttrell; his sisters, Sandy Schultz, Grace Carter and Lou Cooper (Albert); and his nieces and nephews, Randy Hughes (Kristin), Jessica Hand (Harold Chinn), Eric Carter (Tiffiny), Frankie Carter (Bob Brehm), Bryan Carter and Donna Marie Luttrell.
