She was predeceased by: her parents, Cephas Hale and Opal Hale (Caudill); and her husband Gary Sandlin. She is survived by: her children, Joey Napier (Jill) and Lisa Helton (Steve); her stepson Daniel Sandlin; her siblings, Freddie Hale (Jennifer), Cephas Hale (Put) and Lisa McIntosh (Verlin); her grandchildren, Logan, Luke Napier, Brady Lesnet and Keisha Caudill; and her great grandchild Addy Burnett.
