He is survived by: his son Jerald Spangler (Susan) of Sophia, WV; his siblings, Ross Spangler (Robin) of Prosperity, WV, Jeff Spangler of Madison, IN, Deborah Lusk of Barnesville, OH and Juanita Powell-Potter (Doug) of Kent, IN; his grandchildren, Scotty Spangler (Cortney) and Presley Spangler; and his great grandchild Cyrus Spangler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
