He is survived by: his girlfriend Roxanne Reed; his children, Tanya Carter, Nicole Grow (August), Steven Carter (Meliha Hameed) and Christopher Carter; his grandchildren, Brandon Carter, Cassey Fedele (Nicolo), Amber Arriola (Marc), Hart Grow and Saleha Carter; his great grandchildren, Chloey Kline, Chayse Carter and Harley Carter; his brother Grayson Carter (Patty); and his friend Robert Chapman. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Journey Community Church or Queen City Hospice.
