He is survived by: his parents, Hobert Burns (Polly) of Booneville, KY and Tara Burns (Lee) of Lawrenceburg, IN; his grandfather David Lee of Aurora, IN; his siblings, Jason Burns (Stacy) of Ross, OH and Brittany Burns (Caleb Clapp) of Ft. Wright, KY; and his niece Riverlyn Clapp. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
