She is survived by: her children, Mack Johnson (Brenda) of Aurora, IN, Eric Johnson (Dana) of London, KY and Eileen Smith (Edward) of Independence, KY; and her sister Nancy Johnson of Harrison, OH. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
