She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Raymond L. Kern of Aurora; her daughter Emily; her grandson Lucas of San Francisco; her daughter Dr. Molly Kraus (Keith); her grandchildren, Owen of Oldenburg and Norah of Oldenburg; her children, Dr. Caroline Schoo, Aaron Raymond of Ridgway, CO and Dr. Dylan Schoo (Ericka) of Gainesville, FL.; and her caregivers, Sandi Gentry, Ellen Sporleder, Sherry Zinser, Marlene Young, Laura Wilmore, Iva McConnell and Ruth Mary. She was also cherished by her five children, five grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials or donations may be given to the Aurora Public Library.
