She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barry and Sarah Barry Sr. (Peters); her husband Gilbert "Buddy" Donk; and her siblings, Daniel, John "Jack", Martin, Patrick Barry, Mary Sanders, Sarah Calvert and Agnes Helbling.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Klaene (Mike) of Florence, KY and Matt Donk (Kristan) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her grandsons, Jake Klaene of Florence, KY, Nick Klaene of Bellevue, WA and Alex Juliano of Fort Wayne, IN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
