He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa Ann Anderson Elza; and his grandfather Alvis Paul Anderson. He is survived by: his stepfather James Elza of Aurora, IN; his grandmother Alma Anderson of Sunman, IN; his children, Dalton Blain Palmer of Aurora, IN and Kylynn Ann Jeffers of Ft. Thomas, KY; his girlfriend Karen Hamil Harper of Southgate, KY; his siblings, Gene Goodman of Canaan, IN, Tonya Estes, Robin White (Matt) of Milan, IN, Bobbi Goodpastor Cizek of Lawrenceburg, IN. and Betty Newton of Charleston, SC; and his stepsiblings, James Elza (Brenda) of Rising Sun, IN and Jamie Roth (Adam) of Middletown, OH. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles & cousins.
