He is survived by: his mother Roberta "Bobbie" Hall (Arthur); his wife Lisa Melrose (Henderson); his children, River Melrose of Columbus, OH and Brianna Masters of Aurora, IN; his brother Steven Melrose (Jody) of Summer Shade, KY; and his sister-in-law Gloria Melrose of Lawrenceburg, IN. He is also survived by 2 nephews, 1 niece.
