Thomas, KY and Cheryl Heuser of Crestview Hills, KY; his stepdaughters, Chris Ostendorf of Lawrenceburg, IN and Julie Washnock of Orlando, FL; and his grandchildren, Kyle Washnock of San Antonio, TX and John Beckelhymer of Cincinnati, OH..
