He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren R Offill and Wanda Offill (Davis). He is survived by: his childrens, Travis Offill, Amanda Offill, Katlyn Bennett, Jennifer Workman and Christian Bennett; and his siblings, Randy Offill, Joey Offill, Tamara Norris, Diane Offill, Skyler Workman, Kinsley Scott and Vina Offill.
