He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Edward Riggs, Sr.; and his sister Pam Mayborg. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Riggs of Aurora, IN; his mother Peggy Wiley of Harrison, OH; his children, Jeff Riggs (Erika) of Cincinnati, OH, Andy Riggs (Jennifer) of Oxford, OH and Karen Nevotti (Jim) of Chicago, IL; his stepchildren, Alan Vannatter of Cincinnati, OH, Connie Witte (John) of Mason, OH, Karen Vannetter of Cincinnati, OH, Julie Ash (Mike) of Independence, KY and Terry Vannatter of Cincinnati, OH; and also Peggy Wiley (Eichelbrenner). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
