He is survived by: his wife Julie K. Miller of Aurora, IN; his children, Deborah K. Murphy Patton (Ed) of Aurora and Lee A. Herb; his brothers, Starling Miller (Shirley) of Morning View, KY and Tommy Browning (Judy) of Georgetown, KY; his grandchildren, Sara Beth Baker, Hannah R. Shotwell (Derrick), Micah A. Barnes (Katie), Naarah Barnes, Keara B. Patton, Travis W. Patton (Johanna), Piper K. Erb and Anthony Erb; and his great grandchildren, Lynn, Miranda and Wade.
