She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Dreier (Reed) and Frank W. Dreier; her aunt Dorothea (Dreier); her uncle Orville Jacks; her husband James Leland Teaney of Teaney's Grocery; and her daughter Diane Teaney.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice Lynn; and her friends, Sally Beckley, Terry Doerr, Cathleen Newmann and Cynthia Rottinghaus. She is also survived by two sisters, one sister-in-law, and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home (219 Mechanic St, Aurora, IN 47001). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. For many years, she was a "pen pal" in the RSVP program.
