Meade, MD, Jeremiah Coffin (Angela) of Fishers, IN, Adrienne Haggis (Chris Kardux) of Cincinnati, OH, Karissa Haggis of Lawrenceburg, IN and Sabrina Haggis (Brandon McKeown) of Lawrenceburg, IN; his sister Karen Haggis of Bridgetown, OH; his nephews, Brandon Dittgen and Scott Dittgen; and his cousin Sylvia Ellcoff. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
