She is survived by: her children, Carol A Hallett (Douglas) of Cincinnati, OH and Paul R Mattingly (Elizabeth) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Andrea Pellegrino (Tom), Theresa Hallett, Ann Mattingly (David Stewart), Michael Mattingly (Michelle), David Mattingly (Laura) and Stephen Mattingly (Amy); and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Alyssa, Adam Pellegrino, Theodore, Thomas and Leopold Mattingly.
