She was predeceased by: her parents, Zephery Carter and Bertha Lee Carter (Sebree); her daughter Laurinda Maiden; her siblings, Charles Carter, Joe Carter, Robert "Bob" Carter, Billy Ray Carter, Barbara A. Thayer and Candy Carter; and her brother-in-law David M. Bedford.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Vinson; her stepchildren, Travis Vinson (Diane) of Stockbridge, GA, John Vinson (Julie) of Severn, MD and Bobbie Jo Aston (Trinity) of Eureka, Montana; and her sister Betty Dietrich (Paul) of Hamilton, OH.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home (219 Mechanic St, Aurora, IN 47001). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, the Sjögren's Syndrome Foundation, American Heart Association or St. John Lutheran Church.
