He was predeceased by: his father Dallas Clay York; and his brother Barry York. He is survived by: his mother Betty York (Kirkpatrick); his wife Amy York (Ross); his son Cody York (Angel) of Milan, IN; his brother Steve York (Teresa) of Dillsboro, IN; and his grandchildren, Owen and Kaylee York. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
