He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bockstiegel and Mary Bockstiegel (Greive). He is survived by: his grandchildren, Mary Kate, George and Margot; his wife Julie; his daughter Anne Krembel (Matthew); and his brother Jim Bockstiegel (Chris). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home (219 Mechanic St, Aurora, IN 47001). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (220 Mechanic St, Aurora, IN 47001).
The family requests that memorial donations be made to St. John Lutheran Church in lieu of flowers.
