He is survived by: his wife Sharmer Couch of Aurora, IN; his children, Lee Couch (Melissa) of Grafton, MA, Darian Couch of Dillsboro, IN and Kellee Couch (Travis Westrich) of Cleves, OH; his sister Shirley Wheeler of Aurora, IN; and his grandchildren, Serra Couch, Lucy Couch, Trip Westrich and Sutton Westrich. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
