It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kristina Campbell (Aurora, Indiana), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Arthur and Joan Lewis (Gloss). She is survived by: her husband Robert Campbell; her sons, Jason and Justin Campbell; her siblings, Beth See (John), Tommy Lewis (Margie) and John Lewis (Becky) of Rising Sun, IN; and her brother-in-law Michael Campbell (Pam) of Milford, OH.. She is also survived by nephews and 5 special nieces and many aunts and uncles.
