She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lawler and Ada Lawler (Shacklton); her daughter Penny Slayback; and her grandson Michael Phelps. She is survived by: her son Lanny Phelps of Sunman, IN; her granddaughters, Angelique Gamble (Michael Fuscaldo) of Aurora, IN and Michelle Collins (Chuck Rudsell) of Lawrenceburg, IN; her great grandchildren, Lani Phelps (Jeremy Hollin), Eli Collins, Noah Collins and Jacob Gamble; and her great great grandchild Prudence Hollin.
