He is survived by: his wife Ruby Phelps of Aurora, IN; his children, Timothy Elam of Aurora, IN, Dwayne Elam of Aurora, IN, Don Allen Phelps (Angel) of Aurora, IN and Pam Kuntz (Dan) of Lawrenceburg, IN; and his grandchildren, Michelle Michels (Steve), Joseph Frogge, Sarah Wilson (Brian), Danyelle Cutter (Rob Fritsch), Lori Phelps and Rebecca McKnight (Brandon). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
