He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Margaret Menarek; his grandparents, Peter and Ida Menarek; his wife Nancy Jo Grimmer; his children, Joseph Menarek (Betty), Mike Menarek, Sandra Asselin (Brad), Terri Fonk (Al), Vicki Mutchler (Lance), Dan Menarek (Mary) and Jay Menarek (Laura); his grandchildren, Carisa Oppermann (Andy), Amy Schneider (Eric), Mandy Boyd (Tom), Kristen Tolly (Joel), Beth Gosa (Jon), Joseph Mutchler (Taylor), Katrina Goetzke (Kelly), Joshua Conner, Bailey Menarek, Chloey Trachte (Ryan) and Eddie Menarek; his siblings, Roberta Flex (Peter), Ida Ruthe (Henry), Jim Henry and John Henry; his sisters-in-law, Rosemary Henry and Waltraud "Wally" Henry; his son Scott; his siblings, Peter Henry, Thomas Henry, Cecil "Bud" Henry Jr., Barbara Schuster (Bob) and Lorraine Leith; and his sister-in-law Pam Henry. He was also cherished by 20 great grandchildren.
