It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John D Moritz Jr. of Aurora, Indiana, who passed away on March 28, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John D. Moritz Sr.; and his sister Mary Kathryn Herzog. He is survived by: his wife Myrna; his children, Rahe Bergman (Rick), Leslie Moritz, Clair Magnesio (John) and John D. Moritz III (Lisa); his grandchildren, Carol Wanstrath (Doug), Elliot Bergman (Heather Myers), Charlotte Bergman, Peter, Paul Magnesio, Jacob Moritz (Brittany) and Nathan Moritz; and his great grandchildren, Emery, Allie and Ada.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Oldenburg Academy, Glenmary Home Missioners, or St. Vincent de Paul Society. If unable to attend services you can mail donations to Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic St., Aurora, Indiana and a card will be filled out with your donation information and given to the family.
