John W. Deckard Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John W. Deckard of Aurora, Indiana, born in Milan, Indiana, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Deckard and Elva Deckard (Powers); and his siblings, Joe Deckard and Cheryl Hyde. He is survived by: his wife Melody Deckard (Wingate); his daughters, Heather McClanahan (Shawn) of Moores Hill, IN and Kristin Deckard of Moores Hill, IN; his siblings, Carlee King (Donald) and Arthur "Artie" Deckard (Mary Ellen); his grandchildren, Alex McClanahan, Cade McClanahan, Kylie McClanahan, Colten Barrows and Avery Herald; and his sister-in-law Jackie Deckard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
