She is survived by: her children, Amy Middendorf (Ed) of Bright, IN and Jeff Stacy (Traci) of Cincinnati, OH; her granddaughter Emma Stacy of Cincinnati, OH; her brother James McCool of Lawrenceburg, IN; and her pet Sam.
