He was predeceased by: his parents, Colin McLaughlin and Irene McLaughlin (McGraw); his grandson Kyle McLaughlin; and his sisters, Colleen DeCamp and Judy Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Mercy McLaughlin; his sons, David McLaughlin (Sally) of North Vernon, IN, Blake McLaughlin (Chrissy) of Hebron, KY and Joe McLaughlin (Isabelle) of Dallas, TX; his sister Janet Larrison (Ed) of Seymour, IN; and his grandchildren, Seth, Paige, Alexis, Madisyn, Sophie, Leo, Isaiah and Luke. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
