He was predeceased by : his parents, James Arthur Couch and Barbara Couch (Jones); and his brother Jeremy Couch. He is survived by : his sister Violet Beam of Lawrenceburg, IN; his girlfriend Ardena Malone; and his nieces, Lexie Couch and Billie Jean Beam.
