With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet Scudder of Aurora, Indiana, born in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 2, 2024 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Reamer and Clara Reamer (Andwan); her husband David Scudder (Aurora); her daughter Carol Scudder Schuetter; and her sister Sue Fowler.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Scudder of Aurora, IN, Jane Hollingsworth (David) of Aurora, IN and Jennifer Dowdy (Charles) of Clinton, IN; her sister Mary "Mo" Smith of Versailles, IN; and her grandchildren, Jackson Dowdy, Melissa Grote (Eric), Kristy Jones (Tanner), Sara Scudder (Tommy Carpenter), Heather Veid (Noah), Steven Wiest (Brooke Nickolas), Jacob Hollingsworth (Alesha) and Wesley Money (Brian). She is also survived by her 16 great grandchildren.
