He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Fay and Viola Fay; his parents-in-law, William and Amee McCarthy; his sister Shirley; and his brother-in-law William Sample.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Fay; his children, Jeffrey Fay (Amy) and Kathleen Maccaux (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Natalie Fay, Emma Fay, McKenzie Maccaux and Reece Maccaux; and his brother Glen Fay (Josianne).
