She is survived by: her sons, Jason Martin of Aurora and Johnathon Martin of Frankfort, Kentucky; her siblings, Larry Barber (Peggy) of Frankfort, John Barber of Frankfort, Kentucky and Debra Green of Frankfort, Kentucky; and her granddaughters, Jasmine Martin and Danielle Goodpaster. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given in honor of Hazel to Sibbett-Moore Funeral Home to help the family defray funeral expenses.
