He is survived by: his spouse Michele Kaiser (Ward) of Aurora, IN; his children, Casey Kaiser (LaDonna) of Aurora, IN, Carrie Chambers of Aurora, IN and Kim Kaiser of Alton, IL; his siblings, Sherry Berry (John) of Moores Hill, IN, Angie Carnes (Eric) of Burlington, KY and David Webb of Greenville, OH; and his grandchildren, Brady, Allie Chambers and Kelly Kaiser.
