She was predeceased by: her parents, James Castaldo and Mary Castaldo (Mallette). She is survived by: her husband David R. Kelly; her children, Angela Kowalski (Glen) of Aurora, IN, Robert Levia (Kim Wilson) of Slidel, LA and Mitchell Levia of Aurora, IN; her stepchildren, Shawn Kelly (Angela) of Jackson, TN and Shannon Eddy (Cory) of Myrtle Beach, SC; her siblings, Anna Marie Cortese of Toronto and Ronald Castaldo of Oswego, NY; and her grandchildren, Glen M. Kowalski, Joseph Kowalski, Matthew Kowalski, Maxwell Levia, Tyler Levia, Grant Eddy, Jayden Kelly, Sophia Kelly, Daniel Wilson, Brittany Wilson, Bailey Wilson and Brandy Wilson.
