It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clara Eileen Rumsey of Aurora, Indiana, born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, August Piening and Clara Piening (Bryan); her husband Francis "Frank" (Rumsey); and her son David Rumsey. She is survived by: her children, Donna Larimore (Ralph) of Aurora and Donald Rumsey (Irine) of Guilford; her siblings, Charlotte Homer (Charlie) of Cincinnati and John Piening (Sandy) of Harrison; her sister-in-law Ada Courter of Anderson; her grandchildren, Aaron Rumsey (Michelle), Elizabeth Larimore (Tom Gaughan), Virginia Larimore, Bradley Rumsey and Kristin Rumsey; and her great grandchildren, David Denney and Liam Rumsey.
Her body has been donated to science at UCMC. Memorials may be given in honor of Eileen to Holman Christian Union Church and St. Jude Children's Hospital.
