He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Mabel; his wife Connie Mae Kolker (Donaghy); his daughter Tammy Crane (Sissy); and his sisters, Charlotte Anne, Barbra Anne and Joe Anne.
He is survived by: his son David of Rock Hill; his grandson Chad of Aurora; and his great grandchild Dean Kolker.
