He was predeceased by : his parents, Carlisle Havlin and Sarah Havlin (Gausapohl); and his siblings, Carl, Corrine, Ruth and Mary Jane.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy Havlin (Mullinger); his children, Mark (Amy), Debbie (Mike), Gregg, Shari (Mike), Vince (Tabitha), Kevin (Erin) and Amy (Bobby); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Carlee, Kaitlyn, Melissa, Leah, Jeffrey, Drew, Tyler, Danielle, Breanna, Emilee, Justin, Cody, Ashley, Josie, Kiera, Landon, Alex and Arianna. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home (219 Mechanic St, Aurora, IN 47001). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

Contributions may be made to the Manchester Fire Department or South Dearborn Teachers Association.
