He was predeceased by: his daughter Karissa Rose. He is survived by: his wife Tia Wells of Aurora, IN; his children, Jake Wells (Ranea Harbin) of Harrison, OH, Josh Wells of Aurora, IN, Kristen Wells (Jeffery Phelps) of Ross, OH and Tara Wells (Dylan Berry) of Aurora, IN; and his siblings, Chris Wells of Amelia, OH, Tina Stassi (Butch) of Amelia, OH and Tammy White of Hebron, KY. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
