She is survived by : her children, John Smith (Charmaine Malkmus) and Kelly Church (Joe); her grandchildren, Hana Nicole, Michael, Melinda, Melissa and Audrey; her sister Kristine McGough; her former life partner John E. Smith; and her close friend Dave Baker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
