He was predeceased by: his parents, James Billiter and Lizzie Billiter (May); and his siblings, Joseph Billiter, Eileen, Margaret and Bonnie.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Billiter (Knebel) of Aurora; his stepson Rick Kurelie of St. Leon; his daughter Sarah Roth (Karl) of Miamisburg, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Cody Kurelie (Krystal) and Rachel Abplanalp (Shawn). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in honor of Bob to Wounded Warriors or Disabled Veterans.
